Ms. Dandreon Christian Gray has allowed her passion and purpose in life to surface to empower and inspire teenage girls. She is a native of Memphis, TN where she was born. She considers herself as a wonderful mother of three and is graduate of Sam Houston High School in Arlington, Texas. She obtains a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration through (Interdisciplinary Studies) from the University of Texas at Arlington. She holds a 10-year Realtor license with Texas Association of Realtors. She worked as a Regional Manager for Chart One where she managed 10 large hospital Medical Records Departments in the North Texas Region. She also was the first Dallas County Health and Human Service Privacy Officer and Quality Assurance Coordinator. She worked as the Coordinator for IMPACT Grand Prairie; which mission is to help eliminate and prevent underage drinking in the City of Grand Prairie.
However, her most priceless career endeavor was starting a nonprofit organization called Helping Us Help Her (H.U.H.H.) in which she is the Executive Director. Through H.U.H.H., teenage girls become confident young women capable of defining themselves, valuing their self worth and set on the right path of achieving their goals and dreams in life. She is a member of Grand Prairie Soroptimist Club, Grand Prairie NAACP, National Association of Realtors, Booster Club Vice President at her son’s school, a member of the Grand Prairie Chambers, and she is very active in the her community, school district, and her church.
She feels her successful journey in life has been the results of the obstacles, trials and challenges that she had to overcome. She feels every young woman faces challenges whether at risks or over idealized. However, being better prepared, educated and exposed to lifelong tools and developmental skills is what makes the organization she founded, “HUHH”, so unique.
